Don't you love it when your cold hands feel like there's 100 needles in each one, and to top it off, you feel like throwing up? Nah, me neither. But that's a pretty good description of the aptly named cold weather ailment, the “screaming barfies”. Learn what causes it and how to (maybe) prevent it.

Some history about boulder #climbing grades. From easy, all the way to unforgiving nightmare xD V17 looks absolutely nuts.Not sure if I learnt anything new about grades, other than lower V is easy and higher V is difficult though lol Some of the middle blocks in the scale look somewhat similar to me.https://youtu.be/DnvpYvzbcg8?si=mA06GWeeA_gApGtL

Just back from sport #climbing at Horseshoe Quarry in the #peakdistrict. Weather was really good with just a couple of short rain showers yesterday. The rock in the quarry was in pretty good condition. I lead a route and did a multi pitch on a 32m route in the slab section. It has been pretty special climbing in warm sunshine in the UK.
