As well as needing quite a bit of strength just to pull yourself up, you also need the right technique. It’s not at all easy to hold yourself up using just your fingers and toes. This is Gideon and my contribution to today's #PhotoSuggestion, “Effort”. Last year we went on a climbing holiday to #Fontainebleau in #France.
