As well as needing quite a bit of strength just to pull yourself up, you also need the right technique. It’s not at all easy to hold yourself up using just your fingers and toes. Alex Honnold made it savely to the top of Taipei 101 tower in 1:31h.The difficulty grading is estimated to be around 5.11c (6c/6c+), which is a medium technical difficulty for experienced climbers, but still hard when you do it for 1,5h on a very exposed building.via @gripped https://gripped.com/profiles/alex-honnold-free-solos-taipei-101/Edit: fixed french grading to 6c.#climbing
