I know a guy who is "off" in some way. He bothers the fuck out of me. Like Dexter/Doakes bothers me. I'm sure he's got ASPD of some flavor
We both happen to enjoy similar activities so I run into him a lot.
But his #mountaineering and #climbing stories do not impress. They are MOSTLY about things going wrong because, according to him, "I thought this person was better at... ...so we left him" with an eye roll… (1/2)

I'm sorry, but who ever leaves anyone on a mountain. This is not a story I would ever tell because I'd never leave someone and if I did, I'd certainly not brag about it

@crowdotblack that sounds like a really shitty situation.
In the end it's obviously everyone's own decision who to trust and what to do, but yeah, that really isn't how we want people in mountaineering to behave. -
