@ceedee666 I guess there's a really good restaurant at the top...

@ceedee666 I haven't much of a clue about montaineering, but I guess you're referring to their clothing being only suitable for a summer hike?

@vollkorn their whole outfit is not suitable to do anything in the mountains except taking a cable car to the mountain top resort.

@ceedee666 Could you elaborate a little? I'm curious, because they have backpacks with ropes, hinting at serious climbing and I have the slight sense of this being a contradiction.

@vollkorn @ceedee666 well, starting at the colour choice, you would usually wear something flashy so it's easier to be found and rescued. The ropes are just one part of several pieces of equipment you usually need and would attach at the outside of the backpack, because they are to big, to sharp or have to be easily accessible, like helmets or walking poles.

@TestUser42 @vollkorn the backpacks are way to small for all the gear you have to carry for a serious mountaineering tour. Clothing is to lightweight. If you could see the feet I would assume, that the footwear would also not appropriate for the terrain (you need sturdy boots). @ceedee666

@ceedee666 Honestly, I wouldn't even take a cable car to that altitude with those clothes on. Brrrr, you'd freeze yer arse off just eating Kaiserschmarrn on the balcony!

@ceedee666 it doesn't even look like the Dolomites. The mountain has a resemblance to a Swiss one like Eiger (though it's not that one, from the looks of it)

@ceedee666 'there are some journeys that turn into legends'. I guess in the sense that for years to come, they'll be telling the story about hiking up a mountain ill-equipped, being rescued in the nick of time by an emergency helicopter team, and losing assorted digits to frostbite?
